Post subject: Poll: What Type strings you use
I used to just pick the cheapest pack off the shelf , but I soon became picky in what I used, I use (as of now) Gibson Les Paul Strings on my epi les paul, I use Daddario acustics on ovation , and finally Martin Strings on a Fender (acustic), here are some questions Im asking

1.What Guitar strings do you use
2.What Guitar Type (acustic, electric etc) and Brand (gibson, fender etc,)

Thats all for know , thanks for taking the time to look

I am currently using Ernie Ball 9-46 hybrids on my Carvin DC127. I really like the thicker low strings on these hybrids.

I use Elixer 9-42s (I think) on my Ibanez, D'addorio 10-36's on my Epi, and whatever's lying around on my Encore. Smile.

I use Elixir 9-46's on my jackson and it sounds and feels great. They last long and always have a great tone to them, but they're about $15 a pack. Give them a try.

For my Martin SPD-16K Acoustic I use Martin SP Light gauge strings and for my Fender stratocaster I use the Fender bullets. SOmetimes I also use D'Addario's for my acoustic and on my Yamaha acoustic.

I use Dean Markley on my Norman acoustic and GHS Boomers (11-50) and I use somtimes Elixir (12-52) on my Jackson. I like them big as you can tell I would recommend them to anyone, but in your case just get a lighter gauge

La Bella 2001 Med Hard Nylon Classical
on a Mexican guitar by Sergio Huerta of SMA, cedar top, Palo Escrito back and sides. La Bella 2001 are clear, strong, and even, and they stretch out much quicker than any other nylons - they're ready to gig in 24 hours. Not as harsh as Savarez Alliance, which really work on some guitars. There are lots of strings I find "OK" - even D'Addarios which are cheap and available everywhere but take TWO WEEKS to finish stretching out and by that time they're dead. I didn't like the old La Bella's years ago, they were uneven, but with the 2001 series they hit the money.
